Royal Mail – Signed For

Once your order has been received and processed, we aim to dispatch the gift box within 2 working days.
Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be shipped on the Monday or next working day.
If you require your box urgently, please contact us at hello@the6essentials.com and we will do our best to get it out to you speedily!
We’re sorry, but currently we do not offer international shipping as standard, but if you wish to send a box abroad, please contact us at hello@the6essentials.com and we can discuss a quote.
Orders will be sent to the address provided in the checkout process. We cannot change the item or delivery address once it has been dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

We hope that you love your box however if you would like to return it you must do so with all individual gift items in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
If you do wish to return a box, it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method and so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service. You will be required to pay the return postage costs.
All returned boxes will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel, minus the original delivery costs.
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched from The 6 Essentials we will refund the original delivery costs.

Subscription Box Service
We offer the option to send all our trimester boxes as a subscription to a loved one, or as a treat for yourself.
You will be able to choose the week you receive each trimester box to suit your stage of pregnancy. In the checkout process, there will be a drop down menu for each box for you to choose which date you would like to receive them. You can choose to receive trimester one to four, trimester two to four or trimester three and four.
Payment for the boxes will be taken at once with a delivery charge of £4.95 added to the total per box.
If your baby arrives early, please contact us at hello@the6essentials.com and we will deliver all remaining boxes to you in one go.
If there is a problem in your pregnancy and you no longer wish to receive the boxes, please contact us at hello@the6essentials.com. Any issues of this nature will be dealt with care and understanding.

Additional Information
If buying one of our gift boxes or subscription boxes as a gift, you can add a handwritten, personalised note inside the box. You will have a chance to add your message during the checkout process.

We are unable to change the products within each box. If you have an event or special occasion and would like to create a personalised box, please contact us at hello@the6essentials.com to discuss your requirements.

The 6 Essentials carefully selects products we think will be particularly suitable for expectant and new mums. However, please read product labels carefully and always satisfy yourself as to the ultimate suitability of a product for the intended application. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs and consult your medical professional immediately. The 6 Essentials can accept no liability in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction occurring when using one of the products from its gift or subscription boxes.
